Tax, lending and insurance firms get their ad accounts, Google listings and email shut off more than anyone, and it usually traces back to something in the setup nobody was watching. Put in your website and I will check everything I can see from the outside. It takes about 20 seconds.
I only read public information, the same things any visitor or mail server can already see. Nothing gets logged into, tested or changed.
These only show up inside the accounts, so they take a login to check.
Suspensions, failed reverification and edits someone else made to your listing only show up inside the account. If your profile has ever been suspended, or you are not sure who has owner access, that is worth checking next.
Meta and Google put lending, insurance and credit ads under special ad categories, and a disabled or restricted account does not show from outside. Whose name is on the ad account matters as much as whose name is on the domain.
If anything came back red, or you want the two accounts above checked too, I can go through all of it with you and tell you what to fix first.
Talk to JessWhen a business disappears from Google, loses its ads or stops getting email through, it is almost always one of these.
Google drops a site for a manual action, a hack, or a "do not index" setting someone left on after a launch.
Listings get suspended, fail reverification, or get edited by someone who is not you.
Meta and Google disable accounts and restrict financial ads, sometimes for a business that was categorized wrong.
Gmail and Yahoo now reject or junk mail from domains that do not have SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up right.
Other agencies call me when one of their clients gets shut off. This check covers the first things I look at when they do.
